I have over thirteen years on - the-Job experience and because of my passion for the noble profession and keen interest in taking care of people both adult and children , i have worked in both adult and children wards, medical-surgical wards, Out-Patient Department, Orthopaedic ward, Obstretics and Gynaecology wards, Oncology ward, mental health and community care practices. I am experienced in coordinating, planning, supervising and organizing a wide range of nursing activities including rehabilitation and recovery of patient with complex needs. efficient and competent in vital signs monitoring, patient's assessment, planning, implementing care and evaluation, acute or chronic wound dressing, nasogastric tube feeding, administering prescribed drugs, male and female catheterization, blood glucose check, input and out put monitoring, admission to discharge care based on hospital guidelines, colostomy care/ psychological care and patients teaching, ability to do 12 lead ECG procedure for patients with cardiac issues, cannulation, care of pressure area, Enema procedure with a comprehensive knowledge of documentation processes. can take all kinds of shift-night, long-day, weekends, extra hours and even rotation round the trust
