By using the site and the services available on it, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and any additional terms.

Terms of use of this Site
The users agree to comply with requirements set forth in the Employment Rights Act 1996, Equality Act 2010 and any other applicable laws. This Site provides a platform for Individuals seeking employment opportunities and employers advertise their vacancies. Users must not do anything which may bring us or the website into any disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claim brought by an individual against us arising from your breach of obligation or any other of these terms.
The data and services available on the site are provided for the sole purpose of candidates seeking employment opportunities and for employers looking to recruit staff to fill their positions. Any unauthorised activities including display, use any materials from this site shall be deemed as material breach of the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to terminate all services with immediate effect. All information and copyright provided on this site belongs to Nursing Solutions. By using this site does not give you automatic right in any materials displayed on it.
2. What are these terms for?
The candidate terms (the “Candidate Terms”) set out the information applicable to candidates (the “Candidate”) who wish to use our site to apply to the contractual agreement/jobs (referred to as the “Agreement”) between us and you. If you do not agree to these candidate Terms, you must not use the Site.
There are other terms that apply to you on this website. These terms are our Confidentiality Policy, the Cookie Policy and terms of use of this website. These terms can be found on the footer of this website. By using this website, you agree to comply with all our terms displayed on this site.
3. Employment Opportunity
Candidates need to be aware that Nursing in the UK provides a platform for the Candidates to find a suitable vacancy. Nursing in the UK is not a recruitment agency or a recruitment business. By registering your information on our site, you authorise and give permission for recruiters or other employers who are registered on this site or other hirers to approach you for any jobs that you have applied for. Your profile is in the public domain. However, you are in control of what information you want the others to see.
Nursing in the UK will not:
- obtain candidate information including identity, qualifications, references, work experience, DBS check, eligibility to work in the UK
- seek permission from the advertisers if we could recruit and fill their positions as their recruitment agent or recruitment business.
- take steps to ensure the candidate and recruiter are aware of any requirement imposed by law or otherwise which must be satisfied by either of them to permit the candidate to fulfil the position to be filled.
- take steps to ensure that the recruitment activity would not be detrimental to the interests of the candidate or the recruiter for the candidate to fulfil the position to be fulfilled.
- take up references to meet the recruitment requirement

Nursing in the UK is in registered with Information Commissioner’s Office. Your personal information supplied on this site is governed by our privacy policy which can be found on the footer of this website.
Personal data which you supply to us is in the public domain and third party may approach you regarding any job opportunities. However, you are in control of your own information in which you choose the information to be visible to all users.
Scope of Services
We offer a platform for the Candidates or Employers to:
- advertise their permanent or temporary jobs
- search jobs
- set up job alerts
Nursing in the UK is not involved in the recruitment process. The candidates may be approached by the employers and follow the employer’s recruitment process.
Candidate Account
If you wish to create an account on this site, you will need to provide a valid email address and a password. Your account will be ready for you to use instantly. Once you signed in, you will be able to use your dashboard which enables you to monitor the jobs that you applied and track progress of your application. You can also use our dashboard to create your CV. The agreement between you and us will come into effect as soon as you are registered with us. Your data with this site is protected under our data protection policy.
You must provide the requested information and data completely and truthfully. You are responsible to keep your contact information such as your email address up to date. If your email address or any other information are changed, you need to ensure the correct information in on this site. In the event of incomplete or false information provided by you, we shall have the right to put your account on hold or terminate your use of this site.
Candidate Profile
As explained above, you can create a profile (“Profile”) within your account. Your profile can consist of your CV, job preferences, your qualifications and any jobs you have applied for. The dashboard will keep a record of your activities, this will help you track any progress of the jobs that you applied for. The recruiters will be able to see your profile including your CV, qualifications and job preferences.
You can use your Profile to apply to any job adverts that are published on this website. Your profile will be searchable when a recruiter search for a particular skill or qualification that candidates have uploaded on this site. The recruiters will be able to view your profile and get in touch with you. The recruiters will not be able to see what other jobs that you have applied for.
If you register with this site, then we will keep your profile with us until your account is deleted. By registering your profile on our website does not provide any guarantee that you will be approached by a recruiter or offered any jobs. We recommend that all candidates check your profile regularly and keep your profile up to date.
You must ensure that your account is only used by you. You are responsible to ensure your login information is safely stored and no one can access your login information.
If your profile is searchable, we may recommend you to a recruiter for a particular job vacancy that matches your criteria. When you set your profile and/or account to searchable, you consent to recruiters viewing, accessing and receiving details of your profile. You may change your details, settings and/or update your CV or skills within your account area.
Job alerts
We offer a job alert facility which you can subscribe to job alerts by email through our Platforms. That means you will regularly receive job alerts about listings which match your criteria. You can create job alerts manually which match a profile that has been defined by you in advance. If you also register or have registered an account, you can manage the job alerts described below in clause.
Video Recording Service
Our Recruiters may ask you to record a short introduction about yourself by sending you a link with prepopulated questions from the hirers. We will only send you a recording link if you agree to it. Other employers may also approach you to conduct an online video interview after you have agreed to it. Your recordings will be stored securely on a secure portal.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect and without cause.
Changes to the terms
We revise and amend the terms from time to time. We advise all users of this website check these candidates’ terms to ensure that you understand the terms that apply to you at that time.
The “Effective from” date at the top of these terms indicates the last review date.
UK laws apply to any disputes
These Terms and their subject matter and its formation are governed by English law. You and We both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
